Thank you for your interest in Forge Ahead Consulting & Software LLC.  Karen and I take great pride in helping grounds care professionals, facility managers and others who desire our assistance.  

On this website we have provided a wealth of information to help you get to know us and what we can do for you.  As you will see, we provide a lot of useful information based on our 40 plus years of running Pro Scapes Inc.   Pro Scapes Inc. is a company that I started as a pre-teen and grew to a multi-million dollar grounds care operation with over 150 employees.  The company is an American success story right up to and including when we sold it to the largest grounds care company in the United States in August of 2019.  The consulting we provide and the help we offer is the result of the trials and errors we experienced at Pro Scapes Inc., my involvement with starting SIMA, and all of our other business and life experiences along the way.    Most of the pictures you will see on this website are of Pro Scapes Inc. team members and equipment as well as the successes and failures of our constant testing and development of procedures, programs, and cutting edge equipment.  Our philosophy has always been to try new things, keep the ones that work while dropping the ones that don’t.  We were constantly refining and improving systems and equipment until we perfected the results we were looking for.  At Forge Ahead Consulting and Software LLC, our goal is the share those results with our clients so they can avoid all the trial & error we went through and start using the industry best practices right from the get-go.
